All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 2 days of order placement. While we will do our best to deliver orders within 6-8 business days, we work with courier partners for delivery of the products and can't guarantee delivery timelines, since it is dependent on their service level agreements.

Although we are sure you would love your products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase please get in touch and we will make it right.

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases

• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order. We also reserve the right to cancel your orders in case of COD mode of payment if we're unable to confirm your intent on post purchase order confirmation call.
